How do we ensure that your Nanny or Governess continues to be the best?

All of our candidates are given access to our extensive resources database; this database is an expansive library of educational materials, worksheets, activity plans, and progress reports. For example, your new Governess will be able to download age-specific educational worksheets for her charge to complete. She will have various milestone checklists and educational reports to complete to guide her, and you, on your children's educational, emotional and physical development. 

How do we support our candidates after they've been employed?

We do not just find you candidates for your role and leave them to it once the contract is signed - we are here for them 24/7. We have child development experts on hand to offer tailored advice, Executive Assistants with decades of experience available to pass on their knowledge, House Managers with key tips and tricks; all of whom are with us to ensure that you, our esteemed Client, are not only receiving the best possible staff member for the job, but that this person continues to grow professionally and exceed all expectations. 

 

On top of this ground-breaking professional support system, which is unique to the industry, we take the emotional needs of our candidates very seriously. We are aware that a lot of candidates emigrate to new countries to serve their new families, households or schools so we have developed an extensive benefits pack that is gifted to every candidate upon contract, designed to help them transition to their new country of employment. This benefits pack includes practical, country-specific materials to help them move (eg. phrasebooks, country guides) as well as links to extensive networking resources so they can meet other staff members in the area. 

How do we ensure our clients are fully satisfied with our service?

We want to ensure that you get a perfect candidate match the first time - we conduct in-depth registration interviews to get to know our candidates and conduct vigorous background checks. We listen closely to what our clients need and do everything we can to meet and exceed their expectations.
